The Austin Collection

Designed by architects Ennead and Jacobs, the Gary L. Thomas Energy Engineering Building (GLT) is scheduled to open in fall 2021 on The University of Texas at Austin Campus. A multidisciplinary facility combining high-tech research labs with student learning classrooms and collaboration spaces, GLT features four main entryways; a walking bridge connecting it to the rest of the engineering campus; a glass, limestone and zinc facade, and a natural outdoor plaza space along its west entrance.
